I chose A Seat Prepared because it captures what I hope this space will be: an invitation. A chair pulled out, a place waiting, somewhere we can sit together in the tension of joy and pain. It echoes the truth that God Himself prepares a place for us, even in the wilderness, even at the table of our enemies, even when we feel too weak to face tomorrow.
